Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by CLM Tyres (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These conditions comply with UK consumer protection regulations and should be read carefully before proceeding.
2. Services Offered
CLM Tyres provides vehicle-related services, including but not limited to:
- Tyre fitting and replacement
- Brake pad and disc services
- Oil and filter changes
- Battery replacement
- Air filter changes
- Tyre safety checks
- Wheel balancing
Availability of services may vary by location and vehicle type. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service at our discretion.
3. Appointments & Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. You may schedule services via phone, email, or our website. We aim to honour all appointment times but may reschedule in cases of unforeseen delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details during booking.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices for services will be confirmed at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept most major payment methods, including debit and credit cards.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee. Refunds for unused services will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, available upon request.
6. Warranty & Liability
We guarantee the quality of parts supplied and fitted by CLM Tyres for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This excludes normal wear and tear or misuse. CLM Tyres shall not be held liable for damages or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or failure to follow recommended vehicle maintenance.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring access to your vehicle at the agreed time and for securing any personal items. CLM Tyres will not be liable for any valuables left in the vehicle during service.
8. Data Protection
We collect and store customer data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or to fulfil service delivery (e.g. payment processors).
9. Changes to Terms
CLM Tyres reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
